ImprovementLATEST

Control your payment notification emails

You now have a switch in Settings under Language and preferences to turn payment and quote notification emails on or off. And when you record a payment yourself, we no longer email you about your own action.

Improvement

Spanish polish across the app

Cleaner Spanish everywhere: fixed accents and spelling across the app, the subscription page and the customer portal, natural sentence casing on labels, and consistent wording on invoices and statements in every corner of the product.

Improvement

A smoother start and a friendlier trial

New accounts now get a short guided start focused on sending your first invoice. If your trial ends, you can still view and export everything while you decide, and your customers can keep paying you. Plus clearer in-app notifications and Spanish throughout the payment pages.

Improvement

Smoother sign-up and helpful reminders

If your verification email ever gets lost, you can now resend it, and the link lasts a full day. Signing up with Google now asks for your business name up front so your account is set up right. And you will get an email when a quote is accepted or a payment comes in, plus friendly reminders during your trial so nothing slips by.

Improvement

Smoother quoting and payments

You can now email a quote before connecting Gmail, so new accounts can send their first quote right away. When a customer opens an invoice, the pay button only shows once you have a payment method set up, with a clear note otherwise. And approving a quote from the customer portal now notifies you and moves it toward an invoice automatically.

Improvementv1.2.1

Send invoices without connecting Gmail first

New accounts can now email their first invoice right away, even before connecting a Gmail account. When Gmail is not connected, invoices go out from ClientFlow with your business name shown as the sender and replies routed to your email. Connect Gmail any time to send from your own address.

Improvement

Flowie AI got a major brain upgrade

Flowie now understands natural questions far more accurately - in English and Spanish - and answers faster. It also fails over automatically to a backup AI so it stays available even if its primary provider has an outage.

Improvementv1.2.1

Payments settings, simplified

Setting up how you get paid is clearer. Cash, Check, and Zelle now have their own section and work whether or not you connect a card processor, and payments have their own home in Settings. We also reorganized Settings into clearer groups (Company, Payments & Billing, Integrations, Operations, Team & Security, Account) so everything is easier to find.

New Feature

Changelog page — see every update as it ships

There is now a public changelog at inixyo.com/changelog listing every feature, improvement, and fix as it is deployed. No more wondering what changed — every update is documented automatically.

Bug Fix

Invoice status badges no longer overflow on mobile

Multi-part invoice statuses like SENT/PARTIAL or OVERDUE stacked vertically instead of overflowing the date column. Badges are now smaller and centered across all screen sizes.

New Feature

Automatic uptime monitoring and incident alerts

ClientFlow now has automated uptime monitoring running every 3 minutes. If the service goes down, a public incident is created on the status page automatically. When service recovers, the incident resolves itself — no manual intervention needed.
