Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your use of our services.

You retain ownership of all data you input into our services. By using our services, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the services.

INIXYO owns all rights to the platform, including software, designs, and trademarks. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without our written permission.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any disruption to your business resulting from service downtime.

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, giving you time to export your information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INIXYO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through our services. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
